Another great night of racing at Canberra with the running of the JW O'Sullivan & Son final over 2170m. With several strong contenders in the running it was a quality win for Whatifwhynot, driven by Brad Hewitt and trained by Dennis Day.
HRACT was proud to support the cause of Men's health with the inaugural running of the Movember Pace. With the MO-bile in fine form and a special appearance by retired pacer Nipper with a Mo fit for any spaghetti western, the mood was set for the Movember Pace. All of the drivers sported Mo's of various styles from 70's porn star to Dick Dastardly with Scott Osmond bringing En Peaz Casino home for the win. Scott generously donated his percentage of the winnings to the "Mo bucket" and along with the donations from the crowd on the night and HRACT, these will be presented to our local trainer and Movember participant Jake O'Callaghan.
